What am I missing...

I've been a member since March and haven't seen results on the scale and the results I saw in my measurements has come back. I have 7 children, 3 of them are my step-daughters and am a stay-home mom. I'm getting somewhat worried that I'm not losing anything. I have changed my lifestyle by eating less and healthier and have added exercise in at least 3 times a week from nothing. I just don't get it.
Perplexed a tad discouraged (to say the least),

    I have also been a member since March, I lost 10 lbs & now I feel like I'm stuck. I'm a very picky eater, but I eat alot of fruits & vegetables, right now I'm getting really tired of salads but I'm trying to mix things up a little with different vegetables. I'm better at getting exercise done than eating well. I try to do tae bo or my bootcamp workouts 4 or 5 times a week & I also take a walk atleast 6 times a week. I have three kids, a 9 year old, 4 year old & a 9 month old, so I know it can be hard, I do my workouts while the baby is taking a nap & get something for my 4 year old to keep busy with or sometimes she joins me. Now that the weather is getting nice I put the baby in the stroller & my two daughters walk with me or ride their bikes in front of me that way I am teaching them the good habits of being active. So maybe try adding a walk in the evening w/the kids on top of your 3 workouts a week. Good Luck I hope everything works out for you

    Stalling can happen. Do you track all your exercise and food. Could maybe help if I knew more. Contact me if you like
