It took me 3 weeks to start seeing results aswell, it's the best feeling when you know it's working. I'm now 2 months in and things are only getting better. Well done and goodluck :)

I do heavy exercise every morning and usually eat my exercise calories back. I've just been seeing awesome results I guess, hoping a plateau doesn't come along haha :)

I know I struggle so much in the last few hundred metres lol. Have you tried the snake pit? I haven't but I've heard it's hard.

I'm also from Adelaide! I'd say the mount lofty trails would be a perfect workout spot, it's tough lol.

It sounds like 1200 isn't enough calories for you. If its leaving you hungry try setting MFP to losing 0.5 or 1 pound a week. That way you will get enough food so you don't feel like binging the next day.

I think I will consider the handful of nuts just to get me up there, I think I stress too much lol. I have been seeing great results I have gone from 115kgs to 106kg in about 5 weeks so it's been great surprised its actually working. Thanks for your reply :)

Thanks! :) I think I am going too much on the numbers given to me and having 700+ calories left at the end of the day has been stressing me out because I've read too much about starvation mode to wanna go there haha.

thanks for your reply.I eat healthy foods sometimes go over my sodium levels but not by much (maybe 200mg) MFP set me 2000calories but I don't feel like I need that much and would have to force myself to eat to get there. I feel like I eat enough during the day and do not get hungry and have enough energy for 1 hour of…
