My personal opinion is I won't spend money on this training and machine. For 4 reasons. 1. I used to work in retailer, and the store I worked it was in front of a promotional court. Over the Christmas period, vibration machines were being promoted in that court and three girls, wearing the tiniest shorts and tank tops,…

Surely we are not the only people from South Africa on here. Where's all the South Africans?

Keep your measurements instead. Sizes vary from store to store and different fabrics. A size 14 in one brand could be a 12 another, or even 16 in another. Some stores/brands run small, others are guilty of excessive vanity sizing. The best way is measure yourself and go off that, its more accurate and you may find that…

Firstly congratulations on the weight loss. Secondly I have to commend you for posting those pics. I'm pretty sure you're an inspiration to men and women who are in the boat as you were, I find your story inspiring. Thank you for sharing your pics and story.

I don't recommend skipping weeks. I tried doing C25k when I was regularly running 5k and 10kms. I wanted to do because I often had walking breaks. I knew I could run a distance and be on my feet for long periods, so I skipped a few weeks. I ended up not completing it, because I couldn't handle the intervals. That was two…

OMW I'm suffering with you. I won't even be hungry, but I'd end up eating tons.

And me. I eat the regular kind normally with a side of fruit or TBS raisins with a little milk and sometimes cinnamon. Its really filling. If you add twice the water and cook it for twice as long, it doubles up in size. So more for the same amount of calories. ETA: Also I find if I don't have oatmeal for breakfast I tend…

Hi Glad to see that there are other people from South Africa as well. You can call me Zar and I'm a 23 year university old student. Been chubby most of my life, got fat in high school. Started picking up weight in grade 10. Three years ago I started working out, ate healthy and lost over 15kg. I ran 5 and 10km races…

First: Boobs and Waist Last: My thighs and butt, which are also what I consider my problem areas as I am pear shaped... sigh.

I have 'cheat' aka treat meals, which is normally my evening snack to fill up my left over calories of the day.

I love chocolate, I used to eat it every day, but not any more. I don't even get the cravings that I use to. These days if I crave chocolate I'd make me fat free chocolate milk (100cals) or Chocolatecoveredkatie's 1 minute chocolate cake with applesauce (140cals) and usually the craving subsides. You should try it, or try…

I normally have a small breakfast,. Big breakfasts keep me full till dinner, and then I end up eating a big dinner due to not eating lunch/ having a very small lunch. But my calories still kind of even out to my normal days.
