I have a Triumph Tri-Action Extreme, which is absolutely brilliant, I really recommend it.

You just need to reduce your body fat - I have washboard abs - my body fat percentage is low though, about 17% at the moment. You may need to exercise to lower your body fat to get abs, but you do not need to exercise to have abs.

As other posters have said - it does not matter at all what time of day you eat.

I drink green tea, about 10 cups a day! I drink it because I like it. Do I think it speeds up metabolism or helps with weight loss? Probably not, but it wouldn't stop me from drinking it.

We all eat the same meals, and to be honest we pretty much eat the same food as we did before I began tracking me food. The biggest change is that I don't cook with oil like I used to, and don't make so many creamy sauces. I don't eat bread and potatoes now, so I just leave them off my plate. I wouldn't personally buy…

Just add butter/cheese/oil to meals will bump up calories easily. Snack on nuts, peanut butter, dried fruits. Really depends if he wants to put weight on healthily.

They don't, an egg is an egg unless you add something.

I do plan ahead, I am not tracking to loose weight, I usually plan about three days ahead. Everything we eat is cooked from scratch. Nearly all home cooked meals can be frozen. Something like Chilli, and then you cook your rice fresh. Any pies topped with mashed potato, casseroles, meatballs etc

I'm 41 this year, have two children and have a six pack. Lower your body fat and keep up with the strength training and it will come.

Great questions, I look forward to seeing the answers. I try and vary my cardio day to day, not necessarily the type but the time at which I do it.

Everything, need to, to be accurate.

Mussels and scallops are my favourites!

I have porridge every morning, I never tire of it! Microwave for 2 mins and voila!
-
Butter all the way for me too - it's the real deal - I don't like food that has been overly processed.

Hi, I'm 5'11" - weigh 133lbs - uk size 10

I work my abs everyday, I do a abs workout for 30 mins. It depends what you are trying to achieve, you can't spot reduce fat to the area, you have to lower your bodyfat %. I personally don't think you are overdoing it.

I started to see mine at about 19%, I am now at 18% and they are quite clear. It obviously varies, and depends where you carry the bulk of your weight.
