can someone explain how 3 large eggs have higher calories, carbs, proteins and fat when they are scrambled, as opposed to being hard boiled? no butter, oil or margarine was used to make them and no milk was added.

They shouldn't. Where do you see that they do?

Are you finding this in the mfp food log? People can add whatever they want to that. I usually just add eggs (don't mention how cooked).
  • They don't. Most ppl scramble with milk and butter. When calculating calories, a lot of times i use the raw ingredient calories + 3/4 the calories of the butter etc

They don't, an egg is an egg unless you add something.

it's in the food data base. it depends on what you pick. I have always done hard boiled eggs and went with what was listed. I did scrambled today and saw a difference. from now on I will look more carefully. I will stick with egglands best. nutritional info is from their website and remains the same no matter how they are prepared. unless you add something of course. thank you for the replies
