I did it in February. 30 days is not hard if you need to make changes for your health. I have not added much back since then and am down more than 50 lbs. Feel better than I have in decades.

ignore the crap about sat fats, it's been debunked but of course our government in its infinite wisdom is not in a hurry to fess up. Sherry, if your looking for support, try reading or listening to (podcasts) of Robb Wolf, Loren Cordain, and Chris Kresser. Tons of good stuff there.
