I am not on maitenance but I can tell you my calorie boosting meal. 1 1/2 spinach, a cup grape tomatoes 2 tablespoons blue cheese, 1/3 cup corn, 1/4 cup garbanzo beans, 2 tbsp newmans own balsamic vinigerette (sp?). Yay! Lost two more pounds. I believe this makes my first 10 lost since I started on mfp. I will have to make a ticker now. Another tip, after you stir it, store it in the fridge upside down. I have noticed that this keeps the it from separating again and it also prevents the bottom of the peanut butter from getty dried out which sometimes happens with natural peanut butter. Works for me. Just be careful when you open it!

Thank you so much for the help. When I go to the doctor I am going to ask to be tested for both Thyroid issues and Iron deficiency. I don't think it would be mono since I have had these problems for many years now.

I hate that! That happened to me the other day with banana bread from planet smoothie. Usually I am carful to read the serving size, but every once in a while they get one over on me. It makes me so mad because I have to cut back for the day to make up for it. URGGGH.

I have heard that it is best to eat low fat dairy products because they don't add in anything to substitute for the fat, they just skim it off.
