  • I have heard that a lack of Potassium or certain B vitamins (B12 in particular) can cause these kinds of problems. You might want to make sure you are getting enough of these.

  • I kind of hope that it is not true because apple cider vinegar is DISGUSTING! I used to have a vocal coach that had me drink it. Yuck. It supposedly cleared the flem from your throat so you could sing without cracking, and prevented colds and sinus infestions. I don't know if those claims are true either.

  • That stuff can be ok in MODERATION. I wouldnt use it for a whole week maybe a few days. I would only recommend it if you are suffering from constipation. That being said, my mom used it recently and it helped her feel less bloated, but that could be the placebo effect. She used "Smooth Move" tea which has senna.
  • I sprinkle it on cereal or in yogurt. Just make sure that you use ground flax seed or flax seed oil, not the whole flax seeds. I just heard on Oprah that whole flax seed does not give you any of the omego 3 benefits because it does not digest in your system. You just poop it right back out.

  • How expensive is Jenny Craig. I read that NutriSystem is around $300 dollars a month. I just read a MSN articles on the cost of different weight loss programs? It did not have the average cost of food included for Jenny Craig.
