Best way to burn 400 calories?
I have decided that my new daily calorie burn goal will be 400. I know that calorie burn is dependent on many factors including body mass and exertion, so I understand that I will not get exactly the same results. That being said, I would love if you would tell me your favorite way to burn 400 calories and how long it…

HRM
Hi everyone. I just received a S12 HRM b-day present. I say heart rate monitor, but it is supposed to have twelve functions (pedometer, stopwatch, etc). This particular model does not have a chest strap, and I don't think there is any way to use it with a chest strap. Does this make it very inaccurate? Also I am not sure…
