thats terrific!! i am able to do all the planks but i have to do the less jumpy version because i have shin splints from level 1. keep it up!!! i also bumped up the weights to 8 pounds and that has certainly been a struggle. hows everyone else doing? i keep freeking out that i wont see a change but we can do it!!

i am not loosing as many inchs personally as i would like to see, but i did loose 10 pounds in 30 days which is very good for me ( i do not have a thyroid). do you think changing it up would help with inchs more?

i kept pushing through it until i found out i had given myself shin splints, so now instead of but kicks i do squats and instead of jumping rope i do more punchs and am looking into getting a stationary bike for no impact.
