I never said losing that much weight was healthy. It simply is my bodies response to fasting. In fact I said the average weight loss per day of fasting is 0.57 pounds per day. No I can show you my food diary. I eat grits, hashbrown, eggs, bacon for breakfast. Wine, chocolate, mountain dew for lunch. 1 Marie Calanders meal for supper. Basically I eat what I want to eat just making sure I stay in my calorie goal.

Yea that was a heck of a cheat day. I was SOO constipated from KFC will prolly never eat it again.

I use Honey to add extra calories until it hits 1200. MFP requires 1200.

I got angry when I lost my streak and took about a week off of MFP. But not a week off of my real diet. Loot at my weight history you will see two months ago I was 255.

1200 because I have a meal called "Fake Meal" I add so I hit 1200 calories. And I am on a 19 days streak by the way.

I think this will be the last question I ever ask on MFP. All I wanted was a reason for the stopped weight loss. Instead people are acting like there the cool kids in high school.

I think people are doing a LOT of assuming here. As part of my insurance plan I made my original diet with a Real Dieticians guidance.

My Stats? Well I am 5' 6" 234 pounds. I run 15 mins a day, do pushups, squats. Really I have been enjoying this plan for two months. I should mention that I do cheat once per week at a place of my choice, but my cheating is always under my maintenance calorie count.

Whelp im 50% fat. And to be honest I am NEVER hungry on my diet plan. I work, I workout I have tons of energy and loosing weight is making me happy.

I wont try to convince you a low calorie diet is the pinnacle of health. Its a personal choice that has lost me slow weight successfully. I also take supplements and all my nutritional needs are being met.

I was 255 11 days ago then got serious on MFP I love my new routine and diet and I will not stop until I am 130 in a few years. So feel free to add me for a positive accountability partner. Or someone to chat with on diet thoughts.

You are lucky my friend to not be hungry and maintain your diet. I had to try many diets to finally hit the nail on the head. Currently I am on the 3 cheeseburger diet lol. I get to eat 3 a day, it gives me just the right touch of protein, carbs and taste to loose safe weight and stay sane. I also cheat once per week lol.
