I used ViSalus all through my pregnancy - my doctor told me drinking shakes are the best way to get your nutritents, and the nutritional value in ViSalus is exactly what I needed while pregnant!

Hope everyone doesn't mind me adding them too.. I'm starting again, again as well (seems like every week, lately)!!

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the daily sodium goal in your diary? I can't find anything anywhere..

I'd also suggest splitting your big meals up into smaller portions. Even eating the same as what you are eating everyday but in 5-6 smaller meals / snacks instead of 3 big meals will make a big difference! You should be eating every 3-4 hours to keep your metabolism boosted. I aim for 200-300 calories each time I eat…

I ignored advice like this in the past - it's correct though. I was getting them TERRIBLY and I have to buy a specific type of running shoe because I walk / run on the outsides of my feet. I walked for 23 years without ever noticing this but the difference I feel is AMAZING. Everyone walks differently - some people need…

I have SUCH a hard time with this, and I know I shouldn't. I feel like I am binging every single weekend. I never thought before of saving extra calories during the week and using those as my Saturday or Sunday night treat! Hell, the calories I burn during the week could easily allow for a Saturday AND Sunday night treat!…

This particular "healthy behind" gal buys her jeans 1-2 sizes big and gets the waist hemmed. Her thighs and behind were too tight in the size of jeans that her waist fit in. Not…

ViSalus! I have a shake with skim milk and 1/4 cup of raspberries or strawberries (or chocolate and orange flavour mix ins! YUM!) every single morning. I CRAVE IT! It's right around 200 calories and has half a day's worth of nutritional value! LOVE IT!

No problem!! Can't wait to hear how it works out for you! :)

I use http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm to figure out what my calorie intake should be. From what I've learned (I'm only self-taught, so I don't know how helpful this is), 1200 calories per day would be about the minimum any adult female should be consuming. And that's net - if you burn 100 calories,…

It's hard at first! Keep trying different DVDs and online workouts until you get to something you like. If it's only day 3, it's going to take some time!! Give it all you've got and after a month I guarantee you'll start to notice a difference in your endurance and abilities!! You can do it!!!
