:happy: This is so true! I have read and researched alot and the general consession is that you eat what MFP says to do for your goal and when you exercise, eat those calories as well! Do not leave those calories! eat eat eat!

Always eat your calories and your exercise calories. It is important for good loss. GL and you are doing fine. I dropped most of mine the first week and a half. Now I am losing inches. Pounds will come later again....:wink:

You are going to have to eat all your calories in order to lose the weight. If you do not, you wont lose. If you keep with your exercise as it is then eat and do not feel guilty about it. Wonderfully put! I have added another 40 oz of water to what I drink per day. Although I am just beginning; I want to drink ONLY water at some future point in time.

I joined about 15 days ago and I will be 48 next month. I used to be 5'9 but after 2 back surgeries; I am 5'8. I started at 257lbs and have lost 18 lbs since then.
