I Love my crock pot too. Nothing beats coming home from work not having to think about what to make for dinner when you're exhausted from your day. The smell of an all ready supper to greet you at the door is fantastic!!

prior to finding MFP i had lost 60lbs by just making small changes... whole wheat pasta and bread instead of white pasta, increasing fruits and veggies, moving more, cutting out the late night snacking. All those cliche tricks...well they work. Think of it as a lifestyle change and not a diet and just live your best life…

do you have a healthy friend that you could tag along with to the gym? or to discuss getting back into the healthy lifestyle zone? you tend to live what you surround yourself with, so find all the healthy ppl to shadow for a while.

fruit smoothie- i cup of mixed frozen berries, 1 cup almond milk, a couple handfuls of spinach, 2 Tablespoons chocolate protein powder, and after it's mixed I put in 2 Tablespoons of chia seeds. Also, a huge mug of tea!!

Jessica Seinfeld has a book called "Deceptively Delicious". it's a way to hide veggies in other foods. ie: mashed squash in mac and cheese,mashed cauliflower in mashed potatoes or in scrambled eggs, spinach in brownies. works like a charm!! Just more ways to get veggies in.

would it be better just with sugar free jam?? I eat breakfast on the go too. I mix yogurt with cottage cheese and a bit of Kashi berry cereal on top. i love muffins...Southbeach Diet has some great recipes. add a hard boiled egg on the side and some fruit.

my saddle bags!! and if it were at all possible to get rid of varicose veins and stretch marks with exercise I would be all over it!! I would also like to get rid of my bad knee and my even worse back pain. I feel like an old lady every morning. Blah!!
