  • I work at panera bread....pastries, sandwiches, paninis, cookies, smoothies, frozen coffee drinks, etc. I just order a salad or take a healthy meal and talk myself out of cheating.   • I started water aerobics and water jogging about a month ago. I like the water aerobics way more than I though I would...I though it would be for little old ladies but it's kicking my butt! So with the combo of water aerobic and water jogging I have lost 24 lbs. Not too shabby!
  • Ive been clean for 22 days....since Jan 1...and as a former addict...I still crave and think back to those bubbles...Sigh. But I have noticed already that I am NOT hungry all the time. I was drinking it morning til night. It is helping A LOT! Keep it up, sister in the struggle, for the struggle is REAL!
  • I opted out of the frozen coffee at DD and got an iced coffee with skim milk instead....I'm going lap swimming later and deserve a little Java!
