  • I started water aerobics and water jogging about a month ago. I like the water aerobics way more than I though I would...I though it would be for little old ladies but it's kicking my butt! So with the combo of water aerobic and water jogging I have lost 24 lbs. Not too shabby!
  • Ive been clean for 22 days....since Jan 1...and as a former addict...I still crave and think back to those bubbles...Sigh. But I have noticed already that I am NOT hungry all the time.
