Should I eat them all??

Currently my diary says I should eat 1900 calories ( since I am a big girl I guess) but I've been aiming for around 1200 on the days I'm not active and 1500 on the days I am. Should I seriously be eating all 1900? Help someone!

Yep! imho, you should eat the whole 1900, or get as close as you can. Don't want to mess up your metabolism....0

My diary gives me 1800cals
the more you weigh, the more effort it takes to move, and you burn more off on a 1 mile walk than a slimmer person
it takes more energy/fuel to do the basic of things0 -
I eat an average of 2000 calories per day and lose 1-2 pounds per week fairly consistantly. Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to starve to lose weight. I would try it for a few weeks and see what happens. You can always change things up if it's not working for you.0

I eat 2400 or so calories a day and consistently lose about 1 lb every 10 days or so. Eat up, Girlfriend!0

You are far more likely to stick with it for longer and not get obsessed with foods you can't have on so few calories if you eat a sensible amount which allows you to build them in. You will also have more energy for exercise and keep your metabolism healthy.0

Mine says to eat 1900 as well. I manually changed it to 1750m but on days that I exercise, I will go over, but still net under 1750. I don't know how "big" you are talking about, but if your BMI is in the obese category, you aren't helping yourself by doing a 1200 calorie diet, imo. I think that is more for smaller people who are fairly close to goal weight. I would be too hungry if I did that, for sure. 1750 seems to work well for me, but everyone is different.0
