Thank you all!! Again this battle seemed impossible but other than my husband the people on MFP have been an enormous support. i have facebook as well, but no one there is trying to lose weight or get into shape. So i really appreciate all the kindness and support I get from you guys. You all keep me in check =) thank…

I must say i am glad i did 30 day shred first because altgough THAT was tough t25 is similar but just takes it to a whole new level. I skimmed through several workouts before i started t25 and thought OMG i could NEVER do that! But Shaun T is a really good trainer and obviously works up to some of those difficult moves and…

LoL It's painfully funny and true!

Thank you hun! You're so sweet and it's wonderful to have your support! <3

Focus T25 is a "series" of 3 workouts each one consists of 5 weeks: Alpha, Beta, Gamma. Within these 5 weeks there are several different workouts that are scheduled for 6 days a week for only 25min a day. This is their official website: http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/focus-t25-workout-mobile.do I do not…

I'm only 5'2" That's why i'm all "stocky" LoL My 5lbs is like 10lbs on someone taller.

Thank you ladies. The journey hasn't been easy, but i cannot believe i've gotten this far. It was a lot of sweat drenched and trying to focus on healthier foods.

It's just a lot if tough love discipline. In the past i would literally eat an entire large bag of cheezDoodles or potato chips, and all this junk food cuz I guess I was bored. But in the progress I have refused to even buy any of that stuff nor soda. I feel that if it is not nutritious why consume it? I havr purchased…

I see Kefir everywhere now! I'm still scared to try it though! I've seen they come in different flavors too. What is it? Is it like milk? Yogurt? Watery? What on Earth is it? I love Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, what type of Kefir would you recommend to try first??

Mixed reviews?? I'm on my second week and it's an intense 25minutes! That's it! Sweating like a pig and only in 25min. I love it because there is a schedule/calendar and everyday is a different workout with Saturday being a rest day. I completed 30 Day Shred and it is similar except it is 3 different workouts/levels for 10…

My almost daily proteins are: Greek yogurt with chia seeds, peanut butter, cottage cheese, (one or several of these) almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, My couple of times a week proteins are: quinoa, lentils, garbanzos, black beans, ground turkey, chicken, Barilla Plus Pastas, beef, prok, And i'm sure there are a few…

You look fabulous! I'm sorry you went through such difficult times last year. it does hurt when those close to us turn their backs on us, however you have two people who are no longer here and I'm sure they are proud of you and supporting you all way!!!! Amazing job!

Just model for her. My kid is 1 1/2 and I realized if I don't want to give her junk food, then I shouldn't stuff myself with it. After almost 6 weeks, my kitchen has changed , it's loaded with fruits and veggies, more grains, yogurts, more protein snacks. My daughter has her own kiddie foods and snacks, but I NOW have…

The classes themselves are awesome but I really love my Nintendo Zumba Core classes. I made my own playlist and in half an hour i burn an easy 300-450calories. I use my HRM for motivation and to increase my effort. I also added weights to it for more toning. I love that i can truly jump around like an idiot and get an…

Thank you all for your kind words and support. I'm glad i did 30 Day Shred because now i'm working on T25 and WOW! They are similar in that they have intense short workouts, but T25 really is tougher. Again thank you for your motivation and wishing you the best in your support! =)

Hi all! Saturday i finished 30 Day Shred and I lost just about 13lbs. Today I started Alpha T25. I have been doing Zumba Core for Wii about 5/6 times a week, and since T25 seems pretty intense I'll try to keep up the 5times a week or probably drop it to like 3 times. Good luck everyone!

Yes dp track your distance and time. Your progress will be your own motivation. I felt i was going to die the first time i ran in my life!! I then checked/tracked my distance and it was only 1 mile in 20/25 minutes!! LoL =D You have to start somewhere though. After several weeks at it I had managed to run 3miles nonstop in…

Great thread!!!! I'm 5'2" and it's tough when others don't understand that on us 5lbs looks and feels like 10 or 20lbs. Once upon a time I was 129lbs. Got married and had a baby, and started in the end of February at 169.8lbs and today I am down to 156.1!! =) I still have a long way to go but very excited this time around.…

Find a partner to do it with you. That was the only way I ran a few years ago to prep for my wedding. I live in NYC, it's "safe", but there can be some creepos so I would have never gone out that early alone, So i partnered up with a friend and because I knew she was waiting, I would drag myself out of bed at 5j30 and meet…

Thanks hun! 1. I still do a lot of modified moves, specially all the planks on level 2. Is that going to give me results? The planks are too hard for me. Level 3 has several plank moves, amd on somedays i would try my best and follow Nathalie and.some days i would put a lot of effort and follow Anita. Sometimes I would do…

A few years ago wanted to tone up and Ellen Barrett's workouts were amazing!!!! Simple pilates, but really tightend and toned my body. And she's a great instructor, not crazy, fast, or confusing. She has many dvd's to choose from, but they all tone you up. I just did 30 Day Shred and it was fantastic to start since I have…

Again thanks ladies for all the motivation, feedback, and support! <3 My official LAST 30 Day Shred workout today!!!! Feeling amazing, but i keep playing Pomp and Circumstance in my head LoL

Oh don't get me wrong I am ecstatic that in almost month I went down 12lbs, but i guess seeing myself everyday *i* saw subtle differences. Now "analyzing" the pics more, i see what you all mean :-) But thank you =) 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level are all feasible moves and exercises, but my goodness Jillian was too chatty in the…

Thanks everyone, i FEEL thinner, and the measurements do boost my confidence, but somehow the pics still kinda scare me.and tell i have a long way to go to where I woukd like to be. But thank you for your support everyone! =) I was afraid to weigh in in February and started to eat lighter. I don't know how much I actually…

I did try it once before and only got a few days in. But.this time around being nearly 170lbs and only 5'2" was beyond unacceptable. I got married at 130lbs, i reached 181 while pregnant, and my daughter is now 1yr5months so "baby weight" was no longer an excuse. =\

Thank you all for the support! And yeah now I kinda see it LoL thank you! =)
