5' 2" 148lbs size 11-14 depending on brand pants, size medium-large ladies tops. Im apple so the majority of my weight is in the middle so its hard to find pants that look good, they fit my waist and are saggy on the butt and legs. booo lol hopefully my belly catches up with the rest of me soon!!

1lbs is great!!! I use to think oh no only one 1 lb, but now I say hell yay 1 lb !!! its not easy and any step in the down direction is amazing !!!!

calves 13 inches thighs are different sizes lol at 21 for right and 19.5 for left. Im 5 foot 2 148 lbs BF is at 35 % according to online calculator. I hold the majority of my weight in my stomach area and upper arms.

I exercise to lose fat, gain muscle, gain energy, my overall health and it makes me happy! Im always more energetic and happy on the days I get in more exercise in the morning.

I have tried it both ways and I find that eating some of them when Im hungry works for me. When I wasnt I didnt lose that fast and when I ate them all I didnt gain but didnt lose so now I eat some when Im hungry or I save them for the weekend and drink them :) lol You just have to see what works for you, its all trial and…

Im glad theres not lunches served at our schools. We either send a lunch or bring the children home for lunch. DDs lunches are different eveyday some things I include a sandwich usually turkey or a wrap some carrotts and cucumber and apple, pear or banana strawberries and bluberries crackers and cheese juice and or water…

those got me on 30DS too. I started out just doing the lung till I got the hang of it and then added in the arms. I can do them now no problem. Im on day 5 now and its getting easier. I really hope to lose more inches with this one than I did with the shred.

I carry all my weight in my belly too. But mine is squishy and as its getting smaller I see alot of lose skin, your like my cousin and when she loses weight her tummy looks great. I also have to pants problem. They fit on the belly and are loose on the legs and bum but I know my tummy will shrink as long as I keep losing.…

Like k5ateacher said you need to talk to your doctor, If its in your head it will never be good enough and you will never be happy no matter how thin you get. Talk to your docotor about some help, maybe a support group or therapy! GL
