I have droped 25 lbs but my waist hasnt changed. My 14 jeans still fit but are really saggy on the butt and legs now. I can only hope that my waist catches up as I lose more. I was 183 and now 157 but they still fit the waist, its annoying but time will tell a different stroy ....I can only hope

Legally if your not making noise after 8pm there is nothing they can do about it. Keep on working out and tell them so shut it !!!!:smile:

You will get there. Its taken me 4 months and I hope that my boobs dont shrink too much but I can deal and my back would be happy If I lost some or half of them. lol

I started in Dec just watching what I ate and then in Jan realized I should count cals then in Feb realized I dont want to be skinny fat I wanted to be fit, so I started counting cals and working out. so far so good !

I rarely net my BMR unless its beer time LOL I have lost 25lbs since christmas and going stong. I dont know if this will continue but Im full and feeling better than ever so Ill keep going and if I hit a plateau Ill change it up.

Friday, March 30th: 165 Friday, April 6th: 161.2 Friday, April 13th: 161.2 Friday, April 20th: 159 Friday, April 27th: 157 Total of 8 lbs !!! I am so proud of myself and hope to keep going in the same direction next month. Loved this challange and Im in for next month ! Great work everyone ! :)

We all eat the same things I just tweek mine. I will have a small portion and eat my meatballs with spinich insted of the noodles or if we are having something like potatos I will just leave off the toppings. and it I make sandwiches for lunch I will eat mine in a salad insted of bread. Its very difficult when you first start out. I started slow and building up. What about a jogging stroller for your 1 year old or a wagon so he cant run on the road. and something like the wii fit or x-box kinect might be good for you, its a fun and easy way to get exercise in that dosnt kill you. good luck and just keep…

Yes mostly because of water weight. I always weigh in the morning. This morning I weighed myself and it said 158 then I had 3 coffees and two glasses of water and weighed again for curiosity and it said 160. lol your weight will fluctuate throughout the day thats why I always weigh once a week first thing in the morning.

I just use Wii Fit Plus. Its easy and fun. I like Free Step and Hula Hoop. deff helping me lose weight and I dont get board and you dont have to have corodination to do it. lol lost of people reccomend Zumba but I cant do it.lol

Im with you. I cant work out and talk. I hate it when Im doing my vids and my SO or kids try and have a conversation with me then they get mad because I dont answer them. Im usually good at multitasking but working out and talking I just cant do it.

Mine is probaby common but a lady at the bus stop said "what a cute belly, when are you due? " I wanted to cry. I just said Im not pregnant just fat. she did apologize and felt bad but ****, dont ask a woman that, ever !

SO using this equation I got 1631. that is way higher than I eat. that is scary. lol I guess Ill have to try it out and see what happens. I will read that article you posted first though. TY
