I love lemon water I squeeze a slice or two into every glass. try it without the lemon wedge in it just the juice. I find the rind has a sour taste.

Hi ladies Im 5''2 Ive lost 12 pounds since starting MFP and 22 all together since christmas. Im at 161 right now and have been stuck for 2 weeks. I hurt my back yesterday go figure so Im taking an exercise break for a couple days but still watching my cals.

Not too sure about the cals but its yummie. Brown lb of beef drain and add 1 can of mushroom soup. Bake sweet potato fries in oven till crispy ( boil and hand cut first) Pour mushroom soup beef mix on top of the crispy fries !

wow huge difference ! I weigh once a week and This morning the scale didnt budge for me so I measured and was excited to see the loss on my waist and hips. Made me feel alot better. keep up the great work .

I blame my Man for getting me fat, lol. When moved in together he would ***** if I didnt eat and always tell me I wasnt eating enough and cooking really good food. But it did backfire because he gained more than me when I was pregnant with our son. heehee

I had Tuna spinich Salad for lunch today. yum I mixed half a can of tuna with half tsp of mustard and half a tsp of mayo, pepper and mixed it in with 2 cups of fresh baby spinich..yum also I like to take a can of tuna mix it with a little mustard or mayo and add in cut up pickles and cucumber .

For me it has been the opposite. I was on a low does for two years and it wasnt doing anything for my mood or weight, at christmas Ive uped my does had more energy, happier and motivated. 20lbs down. I guess they really do affect everyone differently.

Thats awesome. I cant wait to go shopping in my own closet. lol Ive got a long way to go for that though. I own 2 pairs of jeans and they are size 14 they are getting baggy but all the clothes in my closet are size 5-7. Im not even going to try anything on untill I lose at least 20 more pounds.

I was 115-120ish. Im 5 foot 2 long timea ago. lol Im 27 now two kids later and currently 164 My goal wieght is 120-135 depending how I look and feel when I get there.
