  • When you turn on the popular music station and are like "what is this noise?" I'm only 25 but I find myself wondering what is going on with music today. Also, i have noticed a lot of music i grew up on the "lunchtime throwback". When they start referring to my music as "classics" I am truly felling old.
  • This is terrible, but Life did cover with Hitler an others have done similar. Rolling Stone is one step above toilet paper anyways, but at least toilet paper is useful.
  • I'm leaning towards the paperwhite, but I was wondering. Does anyone have the Kobo? The little kobo is on sale this week for 39.99 and that is very tempting.
  • mine had me burning 100 calories for running .5 miles (via runtastic). I know that is too high so i usually half that. It depends on the exercise though. When i used to do harcore ellipitical intervals MFP would always measure in too low. Remember timing an actively cant accurately gauge calories since it doesn't really…
  • with runtastic i usually half the amout of calories. I cant stand having it synch with crazy high calories and mees up my intake of food for the day. I find it hard to believe that in running 3.25 miles i burned almost 800 calories.
  • so, would this be weird with tilapia?
  • Pasta fight!
  • Isn’t the rule you can only eat pasta during certain cycles of the moon or you will sprout a Mario mustache and get fat? (Kidding, don’t berate me with science) It’s ok to eat, but better if you hit he whole wheat with the higher fiber. It keeps you full longer (it takes longer for your body to break down) and fiber has a…
  • drop it in a crockpot with a can of cream of chicken soup with a packet of ranch powder (or if you have a favorite other seasoning blend) and a bit of water and cook on low for 8 hours. Boom! easy and delicious.
  • Tasty animals!
  • Netflix keeps pushing that on me. It it worth checking out?
  • Everything is going to give us cancer. look at all of the pollutants in the air we breathe. I'm not going to stress the occasional cigarette or sweet-n-low in my coffee. I'm not saying you should snort lines of aspartame, but in low amounts it's not particularly dangerous
  • yeah, i'm working on the diet part and lowering my body fat %. I have been building a cardio intense program to shred of the extra weight and am also about to join up to a new gym to get the lifting covered. But, until then it's home calisthenics and cardio.
  • It's a win-win. Dont cahrge rent because she's your mom, my mom probably still has checks she never cashed from me lying around somwhere. But, she can always help out when you need a sitter. Dont make a big deal out of it unless she really insists or something, but even then you can simply tell her itt's not necessary.
  • Go packers! Can't wait to see Randall Cobb get more opportunities this year. He's a phenomenal talent and an all around great guy too. But, my bengals will suck as always! Assuming any of them are not in prison by the time the season starts...
  • Has anyone had issues with it giving unusally high calories for a run? I ran about 5k yesterday and it said i burned 700 calories. I know it was really hot and all, but that number seemed crazy high. I ended up editing the calories it synched into my food diary down to 300 because I didn't want it all messed up.
  • If i do 100 a day the end i will be psyched. i'm in
  • At most of the buffets I have ever been too it would be possible to get astronomical numbers without even trying. If you were trying to eat as many calories as possible I bet it would be possible. I still remember one of my old college roommates eating 2 plates covered in bacon at a breakfast buffet much to the rests…
  • So are you doing HIIT or anything like that as well?
  • I dont understand how so many people think eliminating carbs from their diet is a good idea. Wouldn't a good macro balance be much more beneficial for you fitness and goals than these crazy carbless diets? haha, corrected, yes crabs are bad!
  • Flowers of War- starring Christian Bale Just watched it a few nights ago and it is very intense. A sad movie, but it brings to light the atrocities of the Japanese occupation of Nanking in 1939. Warning it is disturbing though. Christain Bale is amazing as usual in it though.
  • shes just looking for someone to share her soul and maybe your social sercurity number with. Sounds nice.

  • I had to chime in. This really bothers me. This is something that should be done down the road when they can input if they want to at all.
  • its all about what you season the eggwhites with. I use cajun seasoning or garlic pepper. The yolk has all the fat and cholesterol!
  • how about an eggwhite omlet? I use regular large eggs which i seperate and use 4-5 eggs----85 cals american cheese slice60 cals Jimmy dean pree cooked turkey sausage crumbles70 cals that is only 245 cals total which leaves room for a some fat free yogurt or something with it. plus this is protein packed (33g protein)
  • i give it a month and they will be offering it to children...
  • Unfortunately we are in a culture that celebrates overconsumption and the “easy way out.” I still can’t believe these people that buy all of these pills or magic weight loss powders and think that a doughnuts with a cheeseburger on them are then a go ahead. It takes diet and exercise. But I guess if you are lazy you can…
  • If you are baking it than use a food thermometer to check for when it is done. If the internal temp is 165 degrees F then chow down. Consider cooking it with some lemon juice or olive oil as well.
