As much as I love that picture of bunnies hugging, I looked it up and Urban Dictionary says: bunnyhug a hooded sweatshirt, with a pocket in front. It does not have a zipper. Known to Saskatchewanians Take that Nate! She pulled on her bunnyhug because she was cold

What kind of place do you work at? Mainly I'm curious as to whether this is like, a customer's/stranger's leftover food, or a coworker who brought too much?
-
Yes, I have noticed this. Can be frustrating but I do as @fastrix mentioned- add, delete, etc. until I can tell its the same.

Confession: unless the username or picture clearly indicates the user is a man, I assume every one on MFP is a female. Not sure why this is... I am female so maybe I assume everyone else is too?

So my husband enjoys the Mac and cheese from the box, and in my mind it's a sad representation of "real" Mac n cheese, but for some reason when I make it for him (he's a student so I typically have more time than him), I "taste" it and end up eating wayyyyy more than I ever ought to! However, I made it for him today and…

So, this is definitely something I struggle with! My birthday was last month, and the day after my birthday I decided that when all the birthday treats were gone, I would do a 7-day sugar fast. I had some time to mentally prepare, and then for 7 days didn't eat any added sugar or sweet items, but fruit was fine and if…

I was eating way too much sugar, it was causing me to want sugar all the time! Cookies, cake, icing, anything! I would find any excuse to make something sweet... and eat an unreasonable amount of it while baking and when I served it. My birthday was earlier this month, and on my birthday I decided that I wanted to do 7…

I've had that issue when I make a recipe sometimes. Go in an edit something, save it, then go back and change it to the correct amount. If you still have problems I would try using the old calculator or the website (if you used the app originally) or the app (if you used the website originally). Hope this helps!

Just for today- I wont have any dessert at work (birthday party hostess) or at the building-wide spaghetti dinner
-
Just for today- I will eat plenty veggies and stay under my calorie goal!
-
Just for today, 1/8/15, I will NOT be upset about going over my calories (going out to dinner to celebrate my birthday). That being said, I am planning to only have 2 pieces of large pizza and a small or regular size ice cream. >> Accomplished, although I went overboard on donuts :( I will eat an abundant amount of veggies…

Yesterday- Just for today I will drink 10 cups of water, and practice eating more slowly! Almost made #1, and #2 was a good exercise! I forgot when I started dinner but as soon as I remembered I practiced eating slower. Just for today, 1/8/15, I will NOT be upset about going over my calories (going out to dinner to…

Yesterday my goals were to: The only "sweet" I will have is the one cupcake left with my name on it in our house! I will drink 100+ oz of water I didn't get all of my water in, but I was satisfied with the first goal! Just for today, 1/5/15: 1. Not have the leftover icing in the freezer 2. Log today ... and tomorrow!
-
Met my goals yesterday! Couldnt get on to post today until now. For tomorrow:: The only "sweet" I will have is the one cupcake left with my name on it in our house! I will drink 100+ oz of water

What a great idea- I tried to do something like this with my husband, just verbal accountability but it got overlooked on many occasions and eventually was forgotten about. Just for today- I will drink 100oz of water I will minimize my snacking (not have any of the candy on the "freebie" table near my desk)

Basis Peak all the way!! $200 is right at what you're looking to spend. It measures steps, even on the treadmill, and monitors heart rate 24/7. I haven't tried it on the elliptical but I imagine it would recognize your exercise on that, too. Automatically monitors sleep, tells you calories burned, and the app/website has…

Yes, the Peak was just released in November! Some countries still haven't been able to order it yet. I would love to have an online group for it as well... but I'm happy enough for now :)
-
The Basis is my first fitness tracker/pedometer, so it is fun to see my steps add up!! I've gotten to the point where I have 5 habits, and I met all of them last week- even though that meant going to bed on time last night for the first time last week! haha! I like how it automatically increases your goals for you, because…

I have had mine for just over two weeks and I love it!! I enjoy keeping track of things, so it has been fun to challenge myself to burn more calories and to meet my "habit" goals!!

Slow loser here... feel free to add me :)

You could try brushing your teeth after dinner... it helps me because I dont want to ruin the minty taste, or have to brush again!!

Posting so I can find later!

Bump for more ideas :)

Pre-logging is great for me. I have been planning my meals the day ahead for a while, to make sure I have the right amount of protein, veggies, carbs, etc. Now I just get to see how much wiggle room I have :)
-
We are in the same boat. Currently 171, goal 135! Sending a FR :)

From Tappahannock... currently in Dallas for a few years for my husband to go to grad school. Feel free to add me! Just include a note :)

What kind of chocolate chips do YOU have? The ones I buy are 70 cal for 1 Tbsp, which is like ten chocolate chips maybe...?
-
I do the same thing- hit a low, then shoot up. Its like I think, "I've accomplished it" but in reality I'm just a half a pound lower than my current PR. It is a rough roller coaster to ride. I'm going to try what you mentioned here- writing down the reasons when losing motivation or being tempted to stray.

I'm 5'5", 170, and I've been drinking 10-15 cups/day (80-120oz) for a while, just sipping it throughout the day at my desk and having whatever I need while exercising. I used to not track it, but one day I started back up just out of curiosity. One day I even drank 23 cups and was still thirsty at times... Considering…
