For me, drinking extra water helps with that. Also if you're really hungry and can't afford the calories, Sugar Free Jello can satisfy.

Keep up the good job - you are paying attention to your calorie intake so you are able to maintain. If you weren't tracking it this way it would way to easy to go over all the time!!

I agree with Elizabeth - just continue to lead by example and continue to encourage her to try. Ultimately she has to make that decision to do it. Don't EVER give up though. You didn't and look how well you are doing - awesome job, congrats!!
