I'm 157 the BMI says 146 but I like have muscles so I don't think is a reasonable number for me, I still have to drop some fat right now I'm 23.3% of body fat wish to reach 17% so the valid formula for me is building lean muscles and not become a skeleton, if skinny is nice fit and muscled for me is beautiful !!
