How is the discussion of the word "binge" helping to motivate us? I feel like we are missing the point. Maybe we can rephrase to a different topic such as "how to stay on track when we get food cravings". I'm just getting annoyed, too.

You seem to be asking for a "pause" button I'm not sure if there is one but logging in your food as well as your emotions may help. Also, sometimes a binge is inevitable if you are deprived for long periods of time. Jillian Michael says you should use the 80/20 so if you eat healthy 80% of the time and allow 20% to be some…

I think you feel hungry because of your percentage body fat is close to 10%. At 5'1" and 99 lbs you are probably too thin. I remember a report that says if you go below 15 or 20% it's natural for your cells to feel hungry all the time. It's part of the ghrenlin and leptin hormones controlling your appetite. Good luck!

I am only 5'4 but since I'm on the big bone and short legged side I consider myself 5'5 when comparing to weight chart. I have lost 20 lbs and gained probably 5 lbs over the holiday and lost the again in about 1.5 months. Since I work out hard I feel really even though I have at least 5 more lbs to go. Good luck!

I wanna run a 5K turkey trot to discourage myself from over indulgence!

I'm not if I'm a binge eater but I just love food. On the days when I'm just relaxing and watching TV I over indulge on the foods I love. I would eat handful of chips, followed by a serving or 2 of curry chicken and then some trail mix with M and Ms...

Spinach, mushrooms, shredded carrots, radish, feta and turkey. I don't use any dressing at all.
