  • Congratulations!!! That's wonderful. I am on day 12 of the 30 day shred and didn't see any change on the scale until yesterday. But, I do notice my pants fitting differently. Keep it up! I actually found level 2, which I started on day 8, a bit easier than level 1. Of course, I keep my eye on Anita!!! Keep going!
