I'm in! I have done it 4 times, but it's been almost a week since I did it last. I would like to commit to doing it each morning before work (M-F).

Hey Tjones -- thanks for your post! I am also trying to do it for 30 days straight to see what kinds of results I can get. I've done two days now. I try to do some sort of training at night, too. I just bought this one, and am glad it is a short, but intense workout. I plan to do it each morning when I wake up to jumpstart my metabolism and prepare for summer. Is it practical to think that I can do a week-10 days at each level to ramp up before summer?
