The only 'hard' workouts I do are weights and the kettlebells. The swimming, pilates and yoga are more of a hobby with benefits. I don't think im working too hard but if someone could explain why they would think so I would appreciate that....

Thanks people, I might add in 15mins on the bike a few times a week but if what im doing is good enough i'll stick to it.

If you want to do low carb seriously then up the fat and calories and lower the carbs. I wouldn't even touch an apple when I was low carbing. My honest advice, eat carbs but get them from wholegrains, fruit and veg.

When I say cardio I mean full on treadmill/elliptical/bike etc. I just feel that it may speed things up for me and I watch these people pumping away on the above machines and feel like I don't do enough.

Thanks everyone, I think I will ditch dried fruits and change the wraps for something wholegrain. I usually buy the wholegrain wraps but they all tear apart which wastes so much food lol, we don't seem to have as much variety here and bread slices are not so convenient for work. I shall go on the hunt for a happy medium :)

My calories are around 1200-1300, I get a good amount of protein but carbs and sugar (from fruit) is high. Thanks for you answers, maybe I will cut out the wraps and find an alternative.

I don't make an effort to however I am more lenient on the days I work hard, if i burn around 300-600 cals I will generally consume around 200 on top.

Its kind of awkward but its no biggie, in our locker room theres only two private changing rooms so its impossible not to.

Chocolate, I can eat a big 'share' size bar with no problem. I can't seem to get sick of it. Instead of cutting it out I have a small bar twice a week.

Handful of nuts usually get me through a tough phase so that I hold out until lunch. Im having one of those days too I could eat everything, have a healthy snack (better than starving leading to a binge) and you'll feel better later for doing good.
