  • Thank you so much for all of your replies! In definately going to use the couch to 5k app!! And the tip about 10 minutes fast running most nights I'll do tht too :) juggle it all about a bit and make a routine!! Thank you so much :')

  • I heard that upping your water and lowering your sodium intake will work, but honestly you need to eat more than 800 a day, it can be another 400 cals of fruit and veg if you want, anything, just up your cals, its not a fun way to live, being in constant fear "/ anyway, up your cals because your metabolism is probably too…
