yes i add other cardio...just because i love to run..so i do treadmill(run outside when i can)..and for low impact i like to do the bike.

thoughti had the dvd...but i have extreme shred and shed...so i did 30 minutes of that...but tomorrow getting the 30 day shred.!(hopefully it's not sold out!

ive had this dvd for over a year..and only done other jillian dvds..i am gonna try this tonight!..and not stop...im up for 30 day challenge! :smile:

yes i reached my goal weight...and i really never had boobs anyways..and i always wanted to go bigger..so that was my gift to me after i lost weight. i didn't go overboard(they look natural not fake)enough just to fill me out and let me have some cleveage.i had mine done in cleveland,ohio..it hurt like hell..for about 2…

yes...there is suppose to be 8 hrs between shifts...it is in walmarts policy!.

fyi...being a cashier? by walmarts policy..you have to have 8 hrs..between shifts..look it up..they can get in trouble for that.

i use free weights and i use my own body for strength too....i have gotten jillian michaels..strength training videos..and folllowed them. I went to the gym for a yr. and saw hardly any results..and i used their weight machines.....i started running for cardio and now i do those videos and use free weights and my own…

just keep making urself healthy. i also work 8-5 shift and i also may work 12-16 hr days(i have 2 jobs). my husband isn't the healthy one. he will eat what i cook or he can fin for himself. i only want to lose about (or can) 5 more pds. but i do want to tone up some more. I work out by my self..and i'm fine with it.…

I love beer too...so i switched to budselect 55.. i like the smooth taste without losing the beer flavor. i was where you were. I'm down 33 pds. i enjoy running if not just jogging and doing intervals of this. i also started strength training with videos using dumbells and using my own weight for resistance..and the inches started coming off..i can actually see my body shaping and muscles starting to show.

if i know im gona have a night out drinkin i make sure i save enough calories for it. i have cut way back on drinking so sometimes i go out and have 4 beers(budselect55),,then i switch to water and still have an excellent time out.and if i still feel to have another beer after the water i go for it. but i do stay away from…
