  • I have a few: Amanda Bynes Jessica Alba Hilarie Burton (when she looks healthy)
  • I've just started walking in place during commercials for my prime time shows. I have about 6 shows a week, which equals at LEAST 90 to 105 minutes of extra movement a week. That's on top of the walking and DVDs I already do.
  • I'll have to check these waffles out. Kashi is a good brand.
  • I'm aiming for 150, but if I look good at some point a little before that, I'll probably stop... don't even know what I'll look like once I get under like 232. that's the lowest I've been that I actually remember.
  • looks pretty balanced
  • once or twice a day
  • CONGRATS!!! that's great!
  • welcome! I don't really have a problem with binge eating at night... I'm usually too busy on the internet... but making sure you're full by drinking lots of water and eating fruits/veggies or something else that is just as filling will help quite a bit. it's helped me stay full, or at least not starving. hope this…
  • you could be double jointed in that ankle and it's dislocating itself when you run/jog. I have a joint problem called hyper mobility syndrome, which means I'm double jointed and have pin because of the stress it puts on my joints to do more than the average joints.... anyway, my joints slide in and out of place a lot, more…
  • I had a Lean Cuisine meal... spanish style rice an enchilada... mmm it was good and kept me full for like an hour and a half!
  • I was kinda wondering the same thing since my 21st birthday is in 6 months. obviously not too worried about it since I have quite some time until then... but I'll still be trying to lose weight at that time... I doubt I'll be a big drinker though lol. just want to be able to celebrate my birthday with 1-3 drinks.

  • the question of our lives! lol welcome to the site :) and good luck!
  • ahahaha that's a good one!
  • I think that it's a lifestyle change. right now the key word is change, which is usually hard! it isn't easy to transition to something totally different! but once we're used to it and it becomes more of a habit, the key word will be lifestyle. if that makes sense. we just can't really expect it to be easy right now cuz we…
  • congratulations to both of you!
  • that's great! I haven't done anything outside... but might go for a 1 1/2 mile walk in a little bit in addition to what I already did with my DVDs.
  • that's cool and I'm sure it made it more fun to get that exercise in! or at least not as tedious lol.
  • my first motivation is Disneyland in about 6 months, then a trip to LA in about a year, and then finally being able to wear a bikini summer 2010! that will be amazing to be able to do for the first time and I'm determined to make it!
  • that's awesome! :) you did great!
  • that sucks you had a bad experience with the omelets! sometimes people can be incompetent. but good you resisted eating the cheesy one! :)
  • that's definitely a great start! welcome to the site!
  • welcome to the site! that's great you joined a gym :) I personally really like Slim-Fast. especially the powder for the chocolate royale. you get the powder and low fat vitamin milk. it tastes sooo good. it's so chocolatey! hope that helps :) I haven't really tried any other protein, meal replacement drinks in a while.
  • I think that you do whatever you want to do that is helping you build muscle and burn fat. it doesn't matter what order you do things or if you combine them. maybe that person did cardio first and then used strength training, and they thought that's how it was supposed to be- lose the weight first then tone. but you need…
  • haha  that is pretty funny! to answer the question, the stretch marks will never go away- but there are things to make them fade. when you lose weight and maybe try cocoa butter? I've never really tried anything since I've always been fat. but hopefully you can find something that will help them fade
  • I agree with the other person who replied. sucking in your stomach, focusing on the muscles as you do so, in and out. probably equals crunches if you don't want to get on the floor. maybe try searching "ab exercises" on youtube. there should be some on there. that way you can see what it's like before you do it. I don't…
  • I don't have a full cheat day... I have a cheat meal, which is dinner most of the time, once a week. for the rest of the day, I do what I normally do- exercise and eating the way I usually do. it's just that one meal that isn't what it should be. so I guess if you're having a whole cheat day, it depends on what you want to…
  • maybe you could eat a small dinner before, then come back and have a light snack of: fruit, yogurt, or a granola bar. that should help you. that way your stomach's not empty when you go.
  • I LOVE turkey burgers. I usually just have them without anything cuz they have a lot of flavor. I haven't had them in a while though :( maybe I can convince my mom to make them soon, teach me how so when I move out in a few months I can do it myself.
