I've just started walking in place during commercials for my prime time shows. I have about 6 shows a week, which equals at LEAST 90 to 105 minutes of extra movement a week. That's on top of the walking and DVDs I already do.

I'm aiming for 150, but if I look good at some point a little before that, I'll probably stop... don't even know what I'll look like once I get under like 232. that's the lowest I've been that I actually remember.

I was kinda wondering the same thing since my 21st birthday is in 6 months. obviously not too worried about it since I have quite some time until then... but I'll still be trying to lose weight at that time... I doubt I'll be a big drinker though lol. just want to be able to celebrate my birthday with 1-3 drinks.

my first motivation is Disneyland in about 6 months, then a trip to LA in about a year, and then finally being able to wear a bikini summer 2010! that will be amazing to be able to do for the first time and I'm determined to make it! :bigsmile:

welcome to the site! that's great you joined a gym :) I personally really like Slim-Fast. especially the powder for the chocolate royale. you get the powder and low fat vitamin milk. it tastes sooo good. it's so chocolatey! hope that helps :) I haven't really tried any other protein, meal replacement drinks in a while.

haha :laugh: that is pretty funny! to answer the question, the stretch marks will never go away- but there are things to make them fade. when you lose weight and maybe try cocoa butter? maybe you could eat a small dinner before, then come back and have a light snack of: fruit, yogurt, or a granola bar. that should help you. that way your stomach's not empty when you go.

I LOVE turkey burgers. I usually just have them without anything cuz they have a lot of flavor. I haven't had them in a while though :( maybe I can convince my mom to make them soon, teach me how so when I move out in a few months I can do it myself.
