I don't know if it's actually because of it... but I've been taking green tea supplements and my acne isn't as bad as it had been. and I've been battling with bad acne for 7 or 8 years. if it really is the green tea, I wish I'd found this out way back then!

I do it anyway, because I know I'll feel good about myself after I'm done and will feel good that I actually did it! it gives me a boost! but if I really really can't bring myself to do my hard workout, then a walk usually helps.

I agree with nickelmel... turkey burgers are GOOD. I think that's all my mom makes unless she can't afford to buy it over regular hamburgers... but it has a lot more taste than a regular hamburger. and it's good. I can't say that enough... my dad eats them and likes them too.

I had peanut butter on my celery a couple days ago, just spread it thin to where I was only using one tablespoon... maybe just set aside a certain amount of calories for it once in a while, that way you're not depriving yourself of it but you're not going over.
