I took it for two weeks. First, it got rid of my appetite completely and everything tasted funny. My mouth was EXTREMELY dry. So, I lost weight because I was not eating as much at all and was nauseated at time. When I realized I could still eat junk and not have any side effects, then I started to eat normally again. I got…

Smashed up on toast with an egg on top. So delicious! Or I've had it on on top of a burger before which was pretty good. I also like it in my salads.

Spaghetti, chili, unstuffed cabbage rolls, shepherds pie, turkey burgers...basically anything you would normally use ground beef for!

Definitely chocolate.

You can sub brown lentils for things that need ground meat like tacos. Make up a pot of them, and then you can freeze the rest for when you need them.

I just cooked a bag of brown lentils and although I am using them to stretch a pound of ground turkey, you can use them instead of ground meat in tacos, quesadillas, burritos, sloppy joes, burgers, etc. You don't have to presoak them, and they made ALOT when cooked. You can freeze the leftovers in separate portions to use…

fruit/veggie tray, bbq meatballs/cocktail smokies, any kind of dip with chips (salsa/tortilla, spinach artichoke, rotel)...pinterest has lots of appetizer ideas as well as desserts too.

I do this all the time. I have started keeping a handwritten food log of when I get a craving. I put the time the craving occurs, what I am craving, and then I try to identify what emotion I am feeling. I decide at that point if I want to give in or if I want to deal with that emotion in another way. For example, today I…

I've brought leftovers and forgot to put an icepack in my lunch bag, and it was just fine. I also do sandwiches or wraps with fruits, veggies, or small bag of chips. Salads are always a good option. Just use separate container for the dressing. You could freeze yogurt or a smoothie and by lunch time it would be ready to…

*Piece of meat with rice or baked potato and a vegetable or just vegetables and no starch *Homemade pizza *turkey burgers with sweet potato fries *tacos or taco salad (can use chicken or ground turkey for filling) *spaghetti (can use spaghetti squash for substitute of pasta if needed) *Zucchini lasagna (lasagna but made…

I'll be honest. I am actually going to therapy for my emotional eating. I have intense cravings and once they hit I think about food obsessively. I may not end up eating that food I'm craving, but I end up overindulging in something similar. I'm trying to figure out what is behind all the bingeing for me, so I can feel…

I agree with the Leslie Sansone videos. Also you can do your own circuit training workout if you have light weights (or can use bottled water, canned food, etc as weights). Do a strength workout for 30 seconds, then march in place or some other low impact activity for 30 seconds, then another strength exercise, etc. You…

I would start by looking at what gyms are in your area and call and set up a time for a tour to see if you like it or not. You can probably also walk in and ask for some information on the gym--like membership fees, what they offer, etc. If you are interested in joining, they will set you up with a contract. My gym takes…

Need this for days when I feel like I'm in a rut! I really enjoy snacking on fruit, almonds, protein bars, and boiled eggs.

Chicken breasts baked with 98% fat free cream of chicken soup over rice is yummy especially with a side of broccoli or green beans. I make these unstuffed cabbage rolls--1 lb of ground beef or ground turkey and (you can add sauteed onions and peppers in it if you like) then add some spaghetti sauce (about 1 cup or so I…

I get them every week but only the protein ones because the others have tons more sugar. My nutritionist said it was a good choice for a protein bar. It's a good snack to feel full but doesn't have a ridiculous amount of calories.
