I liked it very much...it got me going. I find it boring at present but will go back toit now and then when other dvds are too much for x reasons...:) I lost 30 lbs with Hip Hop Abs and the Gazzelle a few years ago.....

some say to cut as much sugar as you can for 2 days after a big booze....and hydrate beaucoup...... continue to feed your body and get back on track.... we all need fun times and unless you are an alcoholic then boozing it up now and then is fine..... :) hope the overhang wasnt too bad...lol.....

Keep ths in mind....the calories MFP reads as burned may not be accurate.... example: MFP =518 for 40 min on the elliptical but my machine reads 201...big difference...... some machines have different resistance levels which will up your calories burned...etc.. if you eat back all of your exercise calories you might be…

feel free to add me if you like...am a LPN and nursing although rewarding can be stressfull..... trying not to bring work home with me is the biggest challenge some days.....exercise helps with mental fatigue...good luck and believe in yourself that You can do this....go girl go!!!!!:smile:
