recalculating calories after lbs lost...is it automatic by M
MFP tells me to eat 1200 calories even with 7 lbs lost. I redid my settings to double the exercise and it still put me at 1200 calories. A friend of mine is also on 1200 calories and she is 24 lbs heavier and we both wanted to lose 2lbs per week. Even with saying I wanted to lose 2 lbs per week when MfP calculated it gives…

low carb high protein?
Losing slowly with trying to stay at 1200 calories and exercising 1- 2hrs 5 - 6 days ...... eating back the extra not working therefore thinking of low carb and high protein ... anyone else doing this or have had success? HELP! PLEASE...:)

Not sure if I understand the calories in and exercise ratio........ Should I eat all the extra calories after exercising or should I stick with 1200 calories and continue to exercise 1.5 -2 hours 4-5 days a week? Would protein be the choice of extra calories if exercising at a moderate pace?
