MFP tells me to eat 1200 calories even with 7 lbs lost.
I redid my settings to double the exercise and it still put me at 1200 calories.
A friend of mine is also on 1200 calories and she is 24 lbs heavier and we both wanted to lose 2lbs per week.
Even with saying I wanted to lose 2 lbs per week when MfP calculated it gives me 1.5 lbs?????

1) MFP will not assign you less than 1200 calories, as it considers lower than that to not be healthy.
2) MFP doesn't give you credit for the exercise until you actually do it and enter it.0 -
like the above poster said, it won't let you go below 1200 calories a day. Why not set it to 1 pound a week? It doesn't look like you have a ton of weight to lose, so it might be easier for you (mentally and physically) to eat more than 1200 calories a day.
Also, you have to actually do the exercise and put it into your diary for it to give you more calories.0
