I only drink Tim Hortons. I am addicted. I have 6 cups every morning...that equals 2 big mugs...lol.... I brew my own which makes it affordable....:)

I was on the right track with losing until I went from evening to days at work. It took me nearly 6 months to fully adjust and in that time I gained about 25 lbs. Hi there....my 2 cents...:) You have to be READY to lose not just want it. You will see more results when you Do rather than Say.... You will have to cut a lot of the sugar and trade your chips for veggies..... you have to be honset with yourself......I have lost 32 lbs in 4.5 months with eating about 1200 -1600 calories…

This happens to me now and then. I find if I eat something that crunches I feel better....something about that sound....:) I will eat pumpkin seeds or almonds or walnuts but very slowly...and Ryvita crackers are nice......or I try to occupy myself with something interesting and forget about food...... good luck.....:)
