hey ivyana, what do YOU want? it makes me homicidal when women only chatter about what the men want...what the f* do you want in life?! stop giving men all the power :explode: i have always had thick thighs, and a butt. boys were chasing me down all through high school and uni. and my man now loves my body, even when i was…

yup. if i eat something sugary/carby with no protein or fat as a stabilizer i get a headache. i had a mini snickers bar after lunch, and immediately felt the sugar rush and headache. freaking a.

i increase my weights. i'm using a compound program (LOVE only having to do 3 movements every morning) 5x5 Stronglifts. but i'm lazy, changing my routine requires research, learning proper form and then teaching it to my gym buddy.

"A socialist economic system would consist of a system of production and distribution organized to directly satisfy economic demands and human needs, so that goods and services would be produced directly for use instead of for private profit[5] driven by the accumulation of capital. Accounting would be based on physical…

i wouldn't. i'd get fat sucked out before i had fake boobs put in. i like that people look at my face first, instead of my boobies. makes me feel smart.

anything cooked in coconut oil tastes amazing. i love cooking my pancakes in it, stirfrys, and in the morning i put some in my frying pan and some on my face. virgin cold pressed!!

excess caloric intake creates weight gain, not protein intake. all protein powder is, is protein (plus some carbs etc.). i've tried quite a few, i really enjoy optimum nutrition in double chocolate. it's more expensive than box store powders but is worth it. i am very picky about flavors, fake sweeteners, weird textures…

i would deload and do it! deload days can be fun because you rip through your workout like you're using barbie weights. the only times i don't workout are 1) severely sleep deprived zombie state or 2) so sore it's hard to walk. and then you can bet your *kitten* i will be at home using my foam roller or begging for…

I am about 4 months in and have gained 5lbs. I eat slightly above maintenance (i've been HUNGRY since lifting weights) and everything still fits fine. I'm pretty sure my muscles always retain water, due to my weekly weigh-ins. I only seem to drop water weight when I take a week off lifting, but even then I only drop down…

I also got 14/15, and wow was that easy. And I don't consider myself especially knowledgeable about religion. Made me think, great post!

every 6 months or so i get tired of logging, i'll stop for a month then start up again. this past time since i stopped, i haven't started up again. i just dread it! i get so anxious and weird about not knowing calorie counts for some foods. too stressful for me.

my bf and i do our OHP at the squat rack, and we originally realized we could do that after seeing a couple other people do it. as the weights become heavier, it's wonderful not having to bring the bar up from the floor!

i have a recipe, it's called SEND YOUR AVOCADOS TO ME!!! i will eat all of them.

i understand ya, i ended up quitting august of 2011 because i realized i was letting my real life friendships and hobbies decay. sure, i was up to date on patch notes, new builds, but i hadn't cultivated the nourishing emotional relationships in my life. i miss it, 100%, and will start playing again maybe this year or…

if you've started weight lifting, it's time to let go of the scale for at least a month and rely ONLY on measurements. if you try to weigh yourself, you'll be discouraged very quickly (sounds like you are already) but your body will begin changing in ways the scale can't show you. JenMc is spot on with her advice!! if you…

I eat a lot of fish, and maybe less than 5% (or lower) have had a single bone in it. It also grosses me out, but I pick it out and continue eating. I've never found more than 1 bone. Hope that helps.

i'm sorry, just lol.

less carbs i eat, less i crave them. i assume you mean grain-y carbs? cause eating veggies/fruits don't trigger an emotional response like grain carbs do (for me) like clockwork, if i eat bread, or a bagel, 2-3 hours later i need another hit of carby foods. and i usually get a headache. f*$king hypoglycemia.

I don't think embedded videos work on here. But your link worked fine! Your form looks good to me, but may I ask why you are using the pad? (you just answered!) I also bring these sheets with me to the gym http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ:The_Lifts to review my form before working out. I'll link what Rippetoe…

My secret is I go to bed early! That way I wake up about 20-30 minutes before my alarm, and depending on the day, I lay in bed, or get up early and don't have to listen to the alarm clock. I workout most mornings, so I get ready for that, eat my half banana, and get going.
