  • Grew up on 1%, switched to skim because of flavor preference, switched back to 1% for the fat. Anything higher than that has too thick of a mouth feel for me. I have 1 cup of milk each morning with my protein shake.

  • lol my boyfriend sometimes farts when he squats during weight lifting. i think it's cute. i fart when i laugh sometimes. my dog loves to crop dust me. sometimes when i feel a big one coming i walk over to his bed and aim it at him. but he likes it, he always sticks his nose up and takes a big whiff.

  • I have 2-3 cups of tea a day. Usually English Breakfast or Earl Grey in the mornings, then I switch to peppermint or some other herbal tea around 4- 5pm. Coffee gives me a massive headache, too hard on my system. We Americans love our drugs!

  • i enjoy the cool down after cardio, leaving the gym while huffing and puffing and red faced sounds less fun than strolling out after a nice cool down walk and lots of water.
  • 3x a week, 5x5 Stronglifts weight lifting for just under an hour. Weekends are for rock climbing, or hiking. Short hikes = 4 miles, long hikes = 8+. Also I walk my dog for 10-20 minutes every other day.
  • i only eat veggies and a protein! less cleanup, less work. my veggies take up 2/3 of the plate, the protein the remaining 1/3. also more cals for DESSERT! hell yeah!
