If I have time, i do HIITs after weight lifting. 3 or 5 minute warm up, at least 5 alternating minutes of 8mph+, and 3mph to cool down in between my sprints. I also walk my dog throughout the week, 10-30 minute walks, and hike on the weekends when I have time.

it is for me. i can't imagine trying to work on an empty stomach. breakfast is sometimes my biggest meal of the day. protein shake with 2% milk and a banana (sometimes PB), eggs, bacon, avocados and sriracha. i'm hypoglycemic though.

lol! i think it's pretty funny how angry people are getting about re-using a litter box, but really people, do you know how much fecal matter is on doorknobs, keyboards, cell phones? a LOT. i would buy a new cat box though - they are pretty cheap

i don't wear gloves, i love my callouses and they help when i go rock climbing. i deadlift my own body weight (155), squat 115 and bench/pendlay row at 60/65. i've ripped callouses before during deadlifts, and think it's kind of awesome. i LOOOVE my callouses

i thought it was unrealistic when i was fat. then i lost enough weight to be in the normal range, and changed my mind. i'm a few pounds under "normal" bmi and i want to lose even more, get rid of the extra pudge in my middle. i absolutely agree it doesn't account for all factors, but it's a damn good rule of thumb
