as i get closer to goal weight, i have less wiggle room for calories. my cheat days are usually within my calorie allotments. i just eat crap instead of lean meats and veggies.

they are fantastic. i have a thick slice every morning with my eggs, also love to smear some on sandwiches with turkey/cucumer/tomato. omnomsnoms.

i get my meats on butcher's sales, when they're set to expire same day or next day. then i eat it that night. makes organic meats closer priced to regular.

when i'm tired, exhausted, and have nothing left to give. smarter people would leave earlier than that, but that is my experience. i leave when the fights don't even upset me anymore, because they're normal, because the frustration, doubt, broken trust, is all normal.

yup! make ONE SERVING though!! i used to make half batches thinking "oh i can hold onto these for a few days" nope. ate 'em all. there are recipes online for 1 cookie, 1 slice of coffee cake, etc. maybe you're better than me but i have no self control when brownies or cakes are staring at me, beckoning!

yuck gross canned tuna! get yourself some fresh stuff, much better. also be open to changing your taste buds. for example i didn't use to like vegetables, but i kept eating them because they're good for me, and now I LOOOVE bell peppers, spinach, carrots, etc. What you like or don't like isn't set in stone =)

cardio, but "circuit training" is the official category for most of JM's DVDs. it is not really strength training unless you're using 5lb or 10lb weights (even then, you'll grow stronger and outgrow them in a week or two)

you are thin to begin with. granted i don't know your height, but your measurements are pretty good and indicate some measure of fitness. this means you won't get such a bang for your buck. you get out what you put in, did you keep up the whole time, sweating bullets? my yoga would be covered in sweat when i was finished.

i rarely log my tea, i don't add anything to it. i do log my weekend coffees, with half a packet of sugar and a splash of organic 2% milk.

i think organic tastes better. i buy organic milk because my skin flares up when i drink regular because of the hormones. i also buy organic cheese for the same reason (but hard cheeses, like parmesan, are fine buying regular).
