Alright girl! I was in the exact same boat as you. I was a 40G. I had a breast reduction and it took me about 6 weeks before I could get back to work...I worked fast food then. You won't be able to exercise or lift a lot of items for a while. I had my wounds grow together after about 3 months, i think. Got any more…

If you can get a good answer, I would like to know too! I typically end up working out at 10 or 11 at night. I have a 3 year old night owl and i'm definitely not a morning person. I tend to sleep in a little later on the weekends to make up for the sleep deprivation throughout the week.

I am having the same problems. I just completed Day 3 last night. The back of my calves are killing me! I have gained weight...around 3-4 lbs. My fingers are swollen so I know I am retaining water. I am in the same boat as you Amber!

I think it helps that it is not ranch dressing. The serving size is 4 oz.

I haven't really lost any in my breasts. I am 34 lbs down and I see the inches come off but not much from the chest area.

I have a heart rate monitor to track the calories and then Create my own exercise.

My trainer suggested B-Complex with Vitamin C. You can find it at Wal-mart for about $5. She said it helps to boost metabolism (not much but a little) and build the immune system. Also, if you drink a glass of water right when you wake up, you get an instant boost of energy since you lose about a liter of water a night.
