I don't count it usually because it usually just hinders me from losing weight. I would rather count less for exercise so I lose more weight. otherwise I think I can eat more!

Depends on your body. Some people have a reaction to it and others do not. Have you ever had problems with it? If so, don't consume it. If not, then it is fine for you. I would consume in moderation no matter what it is though.

Don't know without seeing what you eat and how you exercise....but my best guess would be you are not actually measuring your food and you are "guessing" portion sizes. Portion sizes are much smaller than what an average person considers a portion. If you eat more than what you should, your total calorie count would really…

I eat a very thin layer on my toast every morning. If you only eat one serving it is very good for you. BUT, it is a challenge to stick to one serving. If you can have just one serving and can afford the 180 calories, go ahead. If you can't eat just one serving, then stay away. I have found cheese to be the same way for me!

I am 5'5 and I would never look healthy at 120. My goal weight is 140-145. That is thin for my build.
