I talked to mine. I just told her my plan, found out she also uses MFP, and she had blood work taken just to make sure I wasn't fighting against a thyroid and such. All my levels were perfect! And she referred me to a dietitian. :) Although, a month later, Still no appointment. :/

I weight every morning before I eat. No clothes, or just a bra and undies (depends on what I slept in). I only enter my weight in on Wednesday though.

I can't wear a sports bra, they wont hold me up. So I have to wear a regular one. :/ Unless you know of some awesome sports bra that will work!

I love mine! I just started up, and I can really see how much I am eating. My guessing, wasn't the greatest. I like KNOWING for 100% sure how much I ate in calories for the day. There is no, well maybe it was smaller so I still have calories left...I KNEW what I ate, and how much. I don't do well with doubt.

I reentered my info into MFP and it told me to eat 1400 cal/day...I also went to the website and entered in and it also told me to eat 13something just about 1400..so I'll stick with the 1400 a day. Thanks guys!

I'm on my 3rd day of it..it's tough. I love it though..As soon as I'm done I'll post a pic! :) I can't wait to see results, I can already last longer, SIGNIFICANTLY longer, on the warm up :)

My husband knows b/c I've told him. He has seen me on the scale. He is my partner in my weight loss journey (we both have gained some weight since starting dating 6 yrs ago in HIGH SCHOOL!) :) So we know each others CW, GW and everything.

We kind of came to the realization together. I told him, "Man I'm getting fat" then he goes, "me too!" So I was like we're both getting fat! So we decided to do it together. I can give imput to the "how fit" part. I did it with my husband about a year ago. I weighed roughly 200lbs at 5 foot even. I never worked out. I did pretty well. I pushed as hard as I could go and didn't have to stop much. We did it for about 2 weeks, then life happened and didn't have time...I would like to get into it…
