MEN AND MAN BOOBS? (POST FOR MY HUBBY)

So my husband has gained weight, and in his chest too. He hates it. He hates having "boobs" more than his stomach. Will they go away? I am told he's always had a bit of fat there (he's never been a SMALL person) but nothing like now with the weight gain. I just was wondering if any of you men have had man boobs and if they went away completely with working out/weight lifting. He really does hate them. Any tips that you used?

I have man boobs since I was a teenager (add me and check out the photos in my profile).
I've research this topic for many years and it is one of the reason why I started doing P90X.
If you have a real case of gynecomastia, like I do, there's NO workout that can eliminate the puffiness of the man breasts. The puffiness is caused by mammary gland tissues and not entirely by fat. You might lose some size by working out hard but it won't completely go away.
Now, if you didn't have gynecomastia when you were a kid and you just started noticing after you've gained weight or became obese then good news for you. Those are results of real fat which can be eliminated by working out.
Some folks got the moobs from doing steroids. I hope you aren't using that.
Regardless, I've seen great results from doing P90X.
Hope this helps0 -
