  • I too found using the food tracker on myfitnesspal a bit easier to use than the fitbit food tracker, but I like everything else about fitbit. I am trying the integrate for now to see if I like it.

  • Yes, We lack the basics of civility and tact. We just want to be the center of our own worlds. Like someone else said here.... I am not a good example of "class" nor set the best example for politeness and civility. I am just old enough to see the decline in our culture of what is norm.
  • Don't "TRY" to exercise just do it. Do even 15 mins every day. If that feels good then do another 15 mins. Getting up and doing something EVERY DAY is key to success. Eating right is needed but the key to feeling better is moving more.
