After a couple years of stress, it's time to get back to being healthy! 2015.

    I too am starting over. Reset! Unfortunately, I waited too long. Now I am much older (60), overweight (+20), and am in terrible shape. So what are reasonable goals? Where to go to get good advise online? Got a fitbit and am wondering how to utilize it well. It is motivating me. So far I have made the 10,000 steps each day, but I have been on vacation over the holidays. Plus I am exhausted from this much exercise. Glad today the gym is closed so I can have a day of rest.

    Any advise?
