OMG! I am an PB addict as well. I have tried using PB2 in my shakes and whatever else I used to mix peanut butter with and it is good. But I still eat some peanut butter as a snack sometimes. Just portion control. Which is hard for me sometimes. lol

I track Calories Carbs Protein Chol Sodium Fiber At the moment, I do switch some up once in awhile, always track Calories, carbs, Protein and Chol.

I don't have COPD, but I do have spinal problems and definitly out of shape. I used to use an electric scooter to get around at the stores, but I started to (little by little) walk instead. I was at Walmart and saw they have a "sx elite heart rate monitor" it has a chest strap and a wrist band as well, works with both. It is 49.95. I am not sure how it is. But it does track calories burned and a lot of other features. I am thinking of maybe buying it. Any of you tried this one yet?

At some Stores it is already like that, if they have a shirt on sale for 10.00 (sizes : Sm to XL) if you take a 2XL or larger you pay 2.00 more.
