I have done it before and am going to start back after a break. I got to level 2 (ramp it up?) and was starting to see results after about 2 months doing it about 2X a week. The floor exercises are the most challenging part for me.

Totally agree. Using the MFP reports I can see my weight loss trend. I am not losing fast, but I am losing healthy. My health was was the main motivator to me when I started on MFP and it still is. I've lost about 35 pounds in a little more than two years and am w/i 6 lbs of my goal. Slow and steady and it feels like I'll…

start with walking, preferably with a friend. Or, to a destinaton such as a friend's house, the ATM, Starbucks, to run an errand. Then moveup to light arm weights following a basic plan that I got out of a magazine like Shape. Start with a small weight, like 2-3 pounds if that's right for you. Jump up in weight when you…

I fit in and bought size 8 jeans. Used to be a 14! Losing slow and steady.

Lots of good suggestions here. Just be sure to rinse it before you cook it. Otherwise, it will be bitter. I learned the hard way.

I tried them for about 4 months. I thought they did jump start my weight loss for the first month or two, but then I saw no difference so I stopped. I guess I'm just not sure either way. I noticed the price has gone up due to their popularity.

I'm 54 and 5 foot and have been hovering between 132-136 for the last 3 months. My goal is to reach 125-128, to get inside my BMI range. Was going great till the last 3 months. I'm trying to stay positive!

I am 5 foot and trying to get to 128, which is the top of the BMI range for my height. I started at about 170 2.5 years ago and am now between 133-135. I've lost 17 pounds since Feb on MFP. I would ultimately like to be around 125, but it is so slow going at 54 years old! Nevertheless, I'm proud of how far I've gotten!

I use the generic homemade vegtable salad that is already in the system. I log dressing separately. For basic low cal salads like lettuce, tomato, celery, cucumbers, red pepper, this seems easiest and close enough for me.

Meaure it before cooking.

In the last week I started eating a vegetarian dinner most nights and I think I've broken my plateau. I'm 54 and 5' and currently weight 134, hoping to weigh 124 again. I've been as heavy as 170.

Almond butter may be a good option for those who don't like pb. I like it on fruit, such as apples and bananas or on a ww english muffin

I've lost between 25-30 in the last two years, 10 of these since joining MFP in Feb. Have 12-15 to go. I keep bouncing around in a 3 lb range. I find the report that shows my progress over 30-90 days is encouraging. I'm giving myself till the end of the year to get to goal, so that I'm not being unrealistic. In general,…

I weigh every morning before having anything to eat. Sometimes at night too. I also like to use the progress report on MFP as I can look at one week, one or three month progress. On a day to day basis progress can seem slow, but the reports show me that I am right on track w/.5 lb weight loss since starting in Feb.

I weigh and record every morning. It has helped me realize what foods make a difference in my weight every day, and adjust the coming days foods if I need to. What is working for me is to be very precise and detailed about my weight loss, such as measuring most everything I cook with. Weighing in each day is part of this…

I'm 54 years old, 5 foot, and now weigh 144.5 but was 170 two years ago. I've lost about 5 pounds since joining MFP in mid February. I've been using raspberry ketones since early March and along with more activity, it seems to be kicking in and weight loss is coming more rapidly. Hope to reach mid 120's, but set interim…

I am trying to follow all the recommendations: low fat, good carbs, lean protein. In the month I've beeon on MFP, I have never been able to eat 45 protein a day, but I have lost 2.5 pounds this month. I'd like it to be faster but I feel like I'm eating healthy, exercising and even have room for an occasional treat.
