what more can i tell u, all these mfp's r rite!! i go 2 the gym at least 3 tymes a wk... i swim laps, do weight liftin in the vortex; swim laps in the pool.... i burn any where from 500 - 1500 calories dependin on what i am doin..... swim on mermaid......:wink:

I can tell u this; i drink 1 beer every nite b 4 bed tyme ( sum tymes with nuts or almonds, good sorce of protein ) i like my bud, it's only 1; & i track it in my diet....u want a drink b 4 bed tyme, or in the evening, & a snack? have it.... jus track it.... 1 thing i am noticing on here, is how every 1 weighs everything…

last sept i weighed 303....( i still cant get over that ).. in jan when i started 2 think "okkk i really need 2 lose ", i started 2 watch what i ate, joined 24 hr fitness ( but found a better club for 50+ ) & now 11 months later i went from 265 to 216.... i am a fitness junkie, i sure wish i could find a partener 2 work…

I dont know bout u dude but every nite b 4 bed, i drink a bud lite...& every now & then a swig of whiskey... my bf ( 4 a little longer ) makes me a maragrita.....i mite b tryin 2 lose; well i am actually; lol.. 49 lbs is a lot... i am not gonna totally restrict myself from everything i like ... so drink up dude....

i have a silver cat, every 1 said all the same rite things.. but also get him/her a scratch box... at wal mart it is called a super scratcher..... believe me when i say if u do, it will save from your cat scratchin everything he/she gets its paws into....:wink:

wear a back belt, take excedrin back & body, i take 2 every am b 4 i go 2 work. i have chronic back pain. excedrin helps a lot!! sit in a hot tub, get a massage.. gl 2 u, & hang in there.... pammy

i havnt, not lucky enough 2 have a phone like that.. i can afford only a metro phone.... they r good though, u pay 1 price every month. no worry on tyme , minutes, textin etc.... but i am a member of sparkspeople 2. dont go there much any more; i find this site much easier 2 track...pammy

get in2 a good w/o routine, did u know they make sketchers 4 men? they also have shapers that look identical 2 the sketchers in payless, wal-mart... they r a lot cheaper, but they r jus as comfortable.... watch what u eat, & like e 1 else here u will do better then me. lol good luck on your journey... stay focused, & u…

i almost bought 1.... i have friends that have 1...& u know what? a friend of mine hooked me up 2 omron.com...... guess what it was only 24.95 with tax. best perdometer i ever had.. very accurate. i wear mine every where jus like a watch.... espially work.. mowin the yard,even house work.... gl.....

i am on my feet 7.5 hrs a day, & i go 2 the gym 2.5 - 3 hrs or so most every day.... i wear the wal-mart version of shape - ups..... i luv them!!!

i cant drink jus water either, less i am very thirsty... but i too drink the crystal lite, both at work, & at the gym... i espially luv the new strawberry & banana hunger satifaction 1 that they jus came out with.....

poodle, i was very skeptic too..... i have tried so many diet pills, plans, even since i have joined mfp.... but if u read what i wrote. it is for 1 week, 2 comare, & see if it works as well.... as i also said there is a meeting every week with a dietian, etc.. 2 teach u the things u need 2 learn 2 control your diet, etc..…
